I realize that this blog is about 2 weeks late but I've been really busy with school and whatnot. Oh, for those of you that don't get the title of the blog, "As Death Lingers" is a song from Kataklysm's new album. Anyway, lets get into this. Megan and I arrived at the club at around 2:30 after passing saying "that can't be the club, can it?" I just told her that it has to be.. It was the only building with tour buses in front. We pulled up and a guy with the largest mutton chops I've ever seen, who later turned out to be the owner of the club, told us that the doors would open a little late because one of the tour buses got caught in traffic

Yep, this is the blog relaying the events of my night last night at the Dethklok show. So, Dan and I pulled up to Rams Head Live and the first thing I noticed was a man in a chicken costume. The first thing I thought of was the scenes in Family Guy when Peter fought with the giant chicken. Anyway, skipping to the first opening act, Soilent Green. Now, I've never been the biggest fan of this band but they do put on one hell of a show. Their set was fairly short, 5 songs I believe, but I got the best pictures of them.
